where are my figures wrong?
comsec says the market cap is $23 million (excuse me if this is wrong) - this is what the market curerntly thinks the net value of the company is
the net value of a company is simply assets less liabilities - nothing else
in MAE's case we know what the liabilities are (bank debt), the assets are subjective and would comprise the items i listed in my post
why are you even bringing up real estate prices?

i don't need to try and value the reserves before test results come in, the market does it for me.
i'm not baiting, i honestly want to know how MAE's bankers have a lot to lose in this situation, because for the reasons i listed in my post, i believe the opposite. again, the paragraph you copy/pasted did not address my question, all you said was that no one else would give them financing on better terms which is a bit of a captain obvious statement
