Class 2 injection wells are used not only for water disposal but to also help aid extraction of gas and oil. They may need these injection wells to get the gas flowing?

Also they need an aquifer exemption who knows if its a given , as far as i can see it still has to be approved by oil and gas commission and given the thumbs up from EPA.

Still they have not made the market aware of this and the continued lack of disclosure is worrisome.
