The resignation of 3 or 4 board members had no effect on SP and therefor no implied impact on the companies value.

IMO the current SP reflects the firesale price of the gas property alone - all current liabilities.

Hence why the bank is not affraid to loose money, if the bank stood to have a risk of loosing money the SP would be 0cent's and they would push them into chapter 11 to get back what ever they could on each dollar.

The bank at this stage believes they can't loose money hence why the SP is 5cents and they renegotiated the terms.
