theres a difference between researching publicly available information and knowing things that the market doesnt.
If you posted information that the market doesnt know, ie director movements, possible future deals as told by management, this isnt research ( even though they are telling everyone), its possibly market sensitive knowledge. Management should not tell you guys any of this if they dont tell the market. You might think its research but do some research on stocko and 'his' court case for insider trading
