Gambier33, I take comfort in these points:

1. Reddy's continue to gain approvals for their generics
2. The Inspected plants for this ANDA filing have no oustanding issues.
3. The inspected plants are not near the plants that have had problems.
4. The average time taken for an ANDA approval, for everyone out there, is 27 - 30 months, we are not there yet. This is so widely covered by the press and US Senate/Congress that we can't ignore this fact.

Sure there could some hidden thing we know absolutely nothing about but I wont jump to conclusions especially when we are not past the average time taken and that we are being told by both Reddy's and ACL that nothing is oustanding, meaning they are not answering to any inpection problems etc.

But that's just me........
