in relation to the chart and your comment
"out of the 15 quarters 11 have been green, 4 red." I would like to add, that there is no more than 1-2 red sequential candles followed by at least 2-3 green candles. So I would expect that the next 1-2 candles should be green. There are a couple of points should be taken in consideration for the last green candle:
- relatively long top and bottom shadows
- relatively small volume
