There should have been a trading halt, or maybe a period of mourning, while AZL loyalists figure out that their Big Sandy project is likely to be shut down for quite some time.
And this may explain Rabe's departure. The lawsuit didn't just fall out of a coconut tree. AZL and NTEC must have known it was coming. The company doesn't need a lab tech in Arizona, it needs a lawyer. And it can't afford both. (Frankly, it can't afford either.)
