No one from NTEC has yet shown up at the federal courthouse in Phoenix to tell its story. Perhaps Vern Lund will be called as a witness on September 17. Meanwhile, it's AZL (not NTEC) that claims this is costing them a lot of money. They might have to prove that at the hearing, but the Hualapai might have to prove they can't afford to reimburse the funds if they eventually do not succeed.
