Honestly how do you mob call yourself "EarthJustice", suing a company that will play a major part in green energy transition. 80% of U.S lithium projects are within 35 miles of a Native American reservation. Big Sandy is double the distance to the Hualapai reservation but you still find a way to make a problem of it. Sue USPS for not transitioning, sue BLM for allowing lithium mining.
Maybe we need Laura Berglan to snap her fingers to produce lithium out of thin air. Maybe we should let China control the critical mineral entirely so Ivan can play with turtles and Laura can ski at the Swiss Alps every year.
