The lawsuit doesn't even name AZL. BLM is our shield, if 200 malnourished vegan lawyers that sue for non-EV transition then sue lithium mining think they can take on the BLM, then go for it. It already failed at Thacker Pass with a stronger case. The lawsuit can drain Hualapai funds as long as possible as far as we care. We are backed by Navajo Nation. Honorary Navajos if you will.
