This is great news. The Hualapai Tribe’s disruption to AZL development of the Big Sandy project will now come at a large cost if (when) proven to be an unsubstantiated argument. Makes a difference when they have to ‘put their money where their mouth is’.
You do have to feel sorry for the tribe having listened to the fear monger lawyers at Earth Justice. Perhaps the Hualapai should ask Earth Justice to post the 10m bond.. The remarks made on drilling & aquifers systems by uneducated muppets is simply painful to read..
