I do feel sorry for whoever paid 1.8 cents this morning, not realizing the significance of the actual news in that announcement.

Keep your district court, this will get quashed at the federal level.
Just like your friends at Deep Green Resistance who wasted donor funds building public toilets on BLM land and lodging fruitless claims in court , all your jumping up and down and useless posts will be forgotten on the scrap heap like a distant memory as the world moves on and transitions to a better world.
