After reciting the history with which we are all familiar, the lawsuit asks for these remedies.
The case number, for those familiar with how to use the Pacer system for researching federal courts, is 3:24-cv-08154-DJH.
This case has been randomly assigned to the Honorable Diane J Humetewa, the first female Native American federal judge. She is Hopi (occasional rivals of the Navajo, but I am sure that would not affect her ability to be fair.
Quite clever, hiding this really bad news in an "announcement" about February results from Prairie.
