Do you know how bad it looks that EarthJustice have slandered the company they oppose, online via 3,164 posts? Intentionally and maliciously trying to create a bad reputation and create a negative investing sentiment for AZL? IT'S ILLEGAL. Martha Stewart did time in the slammer for much less.
Bottom line is BLM consulted with Hualapai, made them a co-operating agency and took into consideration their comments. They came to a decision and its different to the one you and your client wanted, deal with it.
