Even though sellers outweigh buyers, even in the few prices near the current prices, I expect the surge upwards to start now. Have just topped up at 17.5 too.
I did what every MEOite has been doing and rang the company (MEO) myself. Reception tried to give away nothing, but I too heard laughing and carrying on in the background. That MEO office seems like a very relaxed and joyful place to me ATM.
