    I would say that a rights issue would have taken 'ages' if it involved peasants like us. This is all about MEO pocketig a cool $33 million in 48 hours. Baillieu has a target price of 75c. Hopefully they will pump it to that target, minimum. Jurgen's missus won't be happy if her shares aint humming. And if mummy is happy then everyone is happy- basic home rule 101 :))LOL
