    LPE management are not yet in control awaiting SXT to meet a couple of obligations of the takeover. ASX have been stalling out but are progressing, ETA today! SXT have their house in order, just awaiting ASX conditions to relist. Can't put out announcements as only thing to say would be ASX stalling.

    Please don't shoot me if I have this out of order or incorrectly quoted, I am just relaying my phone conversation memory.
