ghostey, right now it at a similar stage as after the capital raising where impatient sellers were letting go of stock cheaply. You have to be patient and let them work themselves out of the supply side. Once they are finished it will move up slowly until certainty around the JV or MtM is annouced where the SP will really make significant gains.
