Nothing more than an investor with $150k worth of shares who is impatient, and thinks he can make bigger and faster returns elsewhere, I'm assuming...

Maybe he can, maybe he can't.

At the end of the day, he's still just an impatient investor. Pretty bad move IMO to be selling such a large sum of shares for such a small value, when you CAN and WILL get more than that easily in coming weeks. Silly really, when a single incriment up in the price would give him a $10,000 gain.

Ah well, each to their own. Get his orders while you can and get him out of the way. All is well.
