    I wasn't comparing minerals.
I was trying to tell a story of the dangers of borrowing, what ever the resource is.

It seems to be a make or brake point in the companies life.
Get it right and shareholder's love you, get wrong and shareholder's abandon the registry in droves.
That's when the loan sharks pounce.

WLF built their mine/plant when the price of tungsten/tin was high.
On completion of the mine/plant the tungsten/tin prices were way down,
but due to borrowing was force to keep selling at a loss.

AJM (lithium), had an identical situation, loans needed to pay paid regardless of price of the resource.
Could only borrow at 15% interest rate when others borrow at 5%.

There is no future selling at a loss unless you have deep pockets, and hoping on hope
of a recovery in your resource.

ARU require more funds than the average mine/plant build.
Scary days ahead on the financial path for ARU.

(as a after note, have a look on UTUBE at a gold mine/plant project in Africa, just to see what is involved.
UTUBE then PERSEUS and watch their progress videos).

Long gone are the days of a shovel and pick.
