In another 10/20 years EV's might have made their mark but right now they aren't making any big inroads into conventional vehicle sales, they are not cost competitive with them. It will only be either from an oil crisis or direct government intervention that EV's will significantly pick up any time in the near future. Vehicle customers are still buying big 4WD's polluting the air with diesel fumes to drive to the supermarket. The average buyer couldn't care less about EV's.

and the proof of the impact on the graphite hopefuls? they all have declining share prices from the hype of their highs as the market reassesses their futures... currently the market for graphite remains only modest, and the financial market has marked their cards accordingly.
