How ironic that the news about Kingfisher comes out the day I get my HDR cheque, but I guess we always knew it was on the cards. Fortunately I also got my notification of Tullow shareholding today, so I am not unhappy.
I can't get over how impeccable Adrian Heavey's timing was on this takeover. All credit to him, he saw an opportunity and he went for it. Shame someone of his calibre wasn't running Hardman at the time.
