I suspect holders will get less that 40% of NPAT as divvies in the future.
S32 will distribute up to the balance of the franking credit a/c. Thereafter, buy-backs are more logical. Exiting Illawarra and investing overseas in Sierra Gorda and Hermosa plus whatever is next means proportionately less Oz taxes will be paid.
