Personally I don't put too much faith in the analysts targets. It's easier to be correct if you set a conservative target price. As long as they call it a buy then it will help the sentiment. I don't really care if Macquarie don't factor the hernia sales into the current target price, it's not the same as if they did value the hernia sales and they came up with a zero dollar amount. The target price is enough to get people buying. When the hernia product finally hits the market we should see another nice healthy price rise and a big fat bulge where our wallet goes.
