I think that 5 years may be too early for them to start really prioritising net profit. I mentioned Salesforce before - they've yet to prioritise profits and they've been around 7 years longer than Xero. There are a number of other globally focused cloud plays that are the same. The US in particular will be a long game, and there will be new markets they focus on too. I also think it's impossible to predict average $ per customer in that timeframe as Xero will probably offer some additional products by then. Lots of opportunity for innovation and acquisitions. I think it'll be a fairly volatile ride, but overall it'll be going a lot higher over time.
