I think all of the bunnies should pay homage to the paying customer, who pays homage to the tax department. Otherwise there'll be some backwash that might prove at best dampening.
No, not attacking Xero but noting that there has to be real value creation rather than resolving one problem while creating another--a negative downstream effect does not bode well for long term value creation.
It has to actually lower the cost of doing business, not move it or, in my case, exacerbate it.
