There are no simple blanket solutions to extremely complex problems as poverty, addiction, abuse, power and manipulation... issues which are at the root of the problem at both the supply as well as the demand side.
As long as we keep on looking for simple solutions, we will not move far forwards, and the problems will be exacerbated, every action has a reaction...
