I believe that the "escalation of costs" mentioned in the announcement is something that is affecting the entire mining industry throughout Australia but in particular W.A.
I guess it doesn't alter the fact that yesterdays bargains are nothing when compared to today's.
As Rockford pointed out yesterday, the two majors recently considered $1.15 a good investment for Heron.
