Was looking at Karoon and how long it took to production test their lastest well. Their depth was about 500 meters deeper than ours but took 6 days from where we are now before the results were known and a total of 13 days for all the tests to be conducted for the 70 meter zone.

We have two zones to test so I imagine they will have to take the production equipment out, plug the lower zone, send the perf guns down and repeat the procedure all over again. Anyone,please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

The rig has been on site for 90 days and looks to me that it will be there for over 100. In the farm out Meo estimated the total expenditure for a survey and 3 wells would be $210 million, the $10 million survey on blackwood apparently cost $18 million and this is no $75 million dollar well anymore. Very glad Meo had a uncapped clause in the fine print and goes to show there is no rushing the Eni boys to do the job right regardless of the cost.
