If you're a shareholder, you'll have received paperwork
concerning the ANH General Meeting on Feb 24.

Be absolutely sure that YOU vote.
See the proxy form inside the back cover.

Why is it so important to vote ?

In short, we must vote AGAINST Resolution 4.
It is imperative that Resolution 4 be defeated.

It's critical YOU vote AGAINST Resolution 4.

If we all vote against Resolution 4 it will be defeated.

Normally shareholders are an apathetic lot. Few vote.
I hope you're different. I'm counting on it.

If Resolution 4 is approved because you fail to act,
it will represent a major dilution of YOUR equity.

It will cost YOU money if you fail to vote.

It's over 92 million options that we're talking about
here, with an exercise date of December 31, 2008,
and an exercise price of just 4 cents.

In other words, they're a gift from the pockets of
existing shareholders, to shareholders who bought in
at 2 cents. Clearly they've already had their gift.
Courtesy of our buying, they've already got a profit,
so they can have no complaints about Resolution 4
failing, not if they're reasonable people.

Back to the point - YOU must make sure you vote.

Send your proxy to the Chairman.

Instructions for completing the proxy are on the back,
as is the postal address if you are mailing it.
Alternatively, you can choose to send it by fax.

ALL shareholders MUST oppose Resolution 4.
If not, rest assured, it will cost us money.

If you support my decision, we will defeat it.

I do not have any criticisms of ANH.
ANH did this deal when the share price was 0.02.
In other words, it was fine back then.

But then is then and now is now.
Given the share price now, it's just not acceptable.

We are under no obligation to accept this.
It's not in our interests, so why should or would we ?

FYI - I'm as positive as ever about ANH.
In the big picture, I'm very bullish.
I believe it's just a matter of time until 0.10 is passed.

Plus, stopping this dilution will be a big positive.
Rest assured, we easily have the numbers to stop it.
... assuming YOU act. You ALL must act.

If you're wondering about the other Resolutions,
I intend to abstain from Resolution 1.
For Resolutions 2,3, 5 and 6, I'm voting yes.

Read the instructions and complete the proxy.
Send it off immediately.

Vote AGAINST Resolution 4. Do it now.
