That's true to a point. The Republicans are presenting a repugnant candidate because that's who and what they are. The Democrats are presenting a hopelessly inadequate candidate because they're too weak and inert to do anything about it. The republicans are perfectly happy with who they're putting up. The Democrats are embarrassed by their nomination.
