I have the feeling the property market is driven by people wanting to build wealth through their home increasing in value towie. Young people desperate to get into a home before it becomes unaffordable also.

There are falls coming but we don't need the whole economy damaged to induce a housing contraction. That's like trying to enlarge a window but knocking the whole wall down.
