Totally agree with the two posts above. If pyc could make a simple statement regarding the 'word' on roche that would be the best option.
But surely the response can't be "Roche will not be extending their collaboration" without having disclosing that information earlier. Maybe no announcement is good, not even sure if they have to disclose it.
Also Nick not mentioning Roche could mean anything. He may not have wanted to set any guidance to avoid dissapointment, or they're simply becoming more stricter due to the late stage. Although a simple mention of the name would have been nice. Leaving out Roche should not be an indication or hint of any changes before the public know. Unless its a simple case of avoiding the negative news.
Hard to tell, but overall Phylogica seem to be on the right track. If nothing has changed this could be a great turnaround in 2012 as things start to become more clear.
