Hess move dumps Heugh
Mar 28, 2012 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Central Petroleum has attempted to sack founder and MD John Heugh. Heugh is challenging his termination in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. The explorer found oil in a well in the Northern Territory in early 2012. The group's board wants to bring in a larger company as a partner. It said that there had been considerable interest from several parties, with US oil company Hess Corporation one of those likely to be interested in the project.
