Hess will provide Pluto II. I have no doubt as Chevron's position has been strengthened by exploration success. They have made 14 gas discoveries or so offshore WA since 2009, boosting their own resource and reducing the need to negotiate with third parties. They don't need Hess - WPL and Pluto II do.
