Hewlett Packard OEM deal $ Phase 1., page-5

I'm not sure why the SP is dragging right now. The first stage of the HP partnership gave Nuheara 800 odd K - whatever it was - which to me seems about the right amount to create a prototype of an entirely new product with whatever tech an HP brief may have included. If I'm correct in this (what else could stage 1 be?) Nuheara are then in the box seat for HP (a 5 billion annual company) to say, yep we like it, and then proceed to use Nuheara to manufacturer their hearables for possibly the office space. Am I joining the wrong dots here, because the SP is confusing if the above is true. IMO
