    "The ASX must approve any announcement that we make, and so if you haven't heard anything, that could also mean that they haven't approved us making any updates to the market, but I'm afraid I can't comment on specifics."

    Just remember, AB1 can't make any announcement without approval. For whatever reason the ASX might not approve a "yep we've submitted, just waiting on the ASX now" announcement.
