The whole point is Animoca's lack of an update, and seemingly lack of action, with the delisting issue escalating, and will soon come to the fore.

If there is any misinformation, it rests solely at the hands of the Company that has allowed the matter to go on for so long, largely in silence with shareholders kept in the dark, and freezing our funds.

Questions need to be asked about their controls, checks and balances within the Company - do they have appropriate levels of Finance, Company Secretarial, Risk and Compliance staffing? So its important to get clarity on the pathway to resolution, but also how this matter got to this stage in the first place.

If I am spreading misinformation, so what? It's not like you can trade the stock! Which of course, is the whole point.
