my daughter bought 4 parcels of land today out of the 6000 parcels being released for sale this morning!

I believe sales are brisk and would generate about $215k in US dollars @$35 a parcel
They have a total of 125k parcels of land for sale in total, and are selling the initial release at nice discounts , with any eventual selling price of close to $50 US once all the prerelease parcels are complete over the next 3 months or so!

The total revenue potential for all of the Land sales is around $5-6 million US, this would certainly help pay some of the expensive acquisition fees and legal costs associated with the current exchange issue!

But the fun doesn’t stop there... I am pretty sure the majority of new land owners will be purchasing untold sums of these UGC Voxel creations to increase and enhance the value of their raw land parcels , some even renting out their parcels to other players who simply want to be renters and not owners !!

With all the commercial partners setting up shop inside the Sandbox met-averse, the UGC, Digital certificates and trade ability, collectibility of ownership through the use of NFT’s it would seem like they are creating one heck of a cool place for gamers to socialize and have a wholesome atmosphere to socialize))

On a side note, it is my personal opinion (not worth much) that the Company and it’s management team is hyper focused on finding a potential middle ground with the exchange that would allow them to remain and continue trading at some point of a potential post resolution... ( they have 2 of the most experienced CPA’s on their payroll, as well as a very strong auditor as shown by the nearly $800k qtly expenditures from Q4 related to this matter)

Plan B, which should lead to a new exchange listing if necessary!
The Company need the access to their shares as they have been using them to fund the majority of all past, present and future transactions as they continue to develop and grow the business...
