    Don't shoot the messenger. It was on this forum not long ago, DYOR and check the threads more often before jumping at shadows. The Chinese New Year was a factor in not getting the ASX response in sooner. The ASX weren't celebrating the Chinese New Year, and if that is where your company is listed, and you're threatened with an imminent de-listing, neither do you.
