if they are spending $850K or anything in that range, those consultants better be good... and I mean THE BEST IN BUSINESS... that is a huge sum of money for a "negotiator / consultant" no-skin-in-the-game kinda guy...

it will be a double whammy if we still get delisted after spending so much money - we are literally surviving on $$$ from investors and giving it all away to a consultant will be the last thing we will be able to afford if/when we are looking for the next exchange... that is going to be a costly exercise so a lot of cash on hand is going to disappear just to get a new address for our shares...

and, we can stop fighting amongst ourselves please... nothing we type here matters as it is not going to help someone get out / get into AB1 now.... if a poster has some heartburns (and I am sure most of us here are not very happy with our situation no matter how much "faith" we seem to show towards AB1 mgmt) please let him / her vent his/her frustration out here... this is a forum of people of likeminded investments but at different stages of their lives... be sensitive to the other's needs...
