I could be wrong here maybe someone else can correct me BUT

the failure to lodge was when their was some confusion as to whether or not we even had to lodge ...as we were told we didnt have to.

then the "ongoing inquires in relation to the companies half yearly report" was not because we didnt lodge....its because they now had a problem with the report.

so it could be argued as follows.
- ab1 were told you dont need to report
- ab1 didnt report
- asx changed rules on crypto
- ab1 is doing there thing
- asx says well we cant see if ab1 are abiding by our crypto rules because we told them they dont need to report
- asx tells ab1 they need to report
- ab1 reports late
- asx say no no no...you are not complying with new rules we just released


as i said i could be wrong but thats how i sort of remember it...anyone else care to chime in?
