Also, the iClick transaction I believe was for about $1 million per month in guaranteed revenue and not sure how long the deal was structured!
Q4, 2019 generated $10 million in revenue and if the Company is operating at a very high 65-70 gross profit % that would leave them a few hundred thousand dollars short each month!
I believe they had around $8 million in cash and digital assets (tokens from investments as noted in their year end financials) at the close of the year!
Not sure how much is in cash versus the tokens which they probably don’t want to liquidate at this time as they sit as eth and the value can change daily. (Eth is up nicely over the past few months)
For as much growth they have managed over the past 18 months, their financial position has looks pretty good. I don’t believe they are showing any long term debt and have primarily used their stock and some cash to complete acquisitions and partnerships.
Very significant time frame for The Company with trying to navigate the asx stoppage and on the verge of upcoming major game releases, as well as a couple of large acquisitions that need to be completed (nWay & Quidd).
Hopeful they can master all current challenges and continue to grow and continue to dominate the market they have aggressively been pursuing ... (I could sure use a winner)
all above definitely just my opinion
