Sorry neddysmithers, I didn't mean to sound like a conspiracy theory nut job. I guess my point was that I am sure SD aren't too concerned with the share price, why would it bother them.
What are the foreign ownership rules, how much are SD allowed to own? I'll admit I don't know much about foreign ownership laws in Australia.
