    Wasn't targeting you specifically BarnDogg with the conspiracy theory comment, just have seen it a lot on here.

    The FIRB's guidelines are pretty wishy-washy: http://www.firb.gov.au/content/_downloads/AFIP_2013.pdf

    Basically, as long as it's not contrary to the national interest, it can go ahead. Does anyone have any examples of holus-bolus takeovers by foreign entities?
