While I understand and appreciate ASX / ASIC has a role to ensure companies trade compliant, ethical and at times in the interest of shareholders, it’s about time ASX considered the retail shareholders $ invested in HDY . If the the current directors are in breach, either suspend / fines the directors and let HDY trade again.
