"You're stretching credulity there copper." - I not so sure about this as even though it "would make their capital raising easier", it is not clear to me that PIL needs, or needed at the time of suspension, to raise capital.
The board has playing its cards close to its chest for a long time now and the suspension is probably at most the equivalent of a flea-bite.
