Some people will sell simply because a share falls and buy if it goes up - regardless of fundamentals.
Insto's just stumped up $40m at 72c so I think they are happy that the company isn't going broke..
Share price is concerning only if the sellers know something that everyone else doesn't (wouldn't that be insider trading??)
