I'm sick of the wingeing on this! - everyone had a chance to vote on pays - only a few voted against - so obviously you're in the minority..

Top 20 shareholders only own 20% so there are plenty of smaller holders who ddin't mind the shares being issued.

Everyone is banging on about UNS performance - there are a dozen small-cap companies hammered worse than UNS this month (check LNC for a start). The whole small cap complex is being sold down on the back of the Europe mess.

Price is not necessarily a reflection of a company's performance - sometimes only of current market conditions.

Have the underlying prospects changed in the last 30 days?? I don't think so... no-one has presented any evidence of that.
