Has Recce shot an own goal?
With the appointment of Lind Partners to provide ongoing financing at $50 000 a month, I feel some people believe Recce to be fully funded to IND application and beyond.
Those who have done their research will find that Lind Partners likes to have a bet both ways, selling off the shares that it receives from its investments. A popular modus operandi with other companies has been to drive the share price down to the point where further capital raising is impossible. The target company becomes insolvent and intellectual property may then be purchased from administrators at a bargain price. Concerned.
